Role: Windows Administrator / POS System Admin (Point Of Sale) Location: Bentonville, AR (Can be Remote) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Note: Ex-Walmart (Highly Preferred) with POS & Linux experience mandatory. Requirements: Looking for someone who is agile and be ready to work in a fast-paced business-focused environment. Will be responsible for working with technical teams across multiple geographies for helping to set up a new store or troubleshooting it. Be an independent contributor role and be able to work on a fast phase, multi-vendor, multi-geographical environment Be flexible with working hours and may require working off hours based on production issues or criticality of tasks Experience in end-to-end store setup - Windows, Unix/Linux Knowledge in TCP/IP fundamentals and basic networking protocols Experience Level 2 support/escalation handling Automate and perform installation, configuration and upgrades of POS applications, tools and workstations Configure hardware peripherals to function with POS applications and main terminal.
