Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Mainframe DB2 Application Developer to join our team. As an integral part of our development team, you will contribute your technical prowess to enhance our Mainframe platform capabilities, collaborating closely with the client's team at their location in Jersey City. The role allows for a balanced work arrangement, providing the opportunity to work three days a week at the client location and two days remotely from the comfort of your home. (Contract) Location: Jersey City, NJ Role: - Mainframe DB2 - Application Developer Client is TCS Hybrid - 3 days a week from Client Location and 2 days remote from home Key Skills/Knowledge: Assembler Programmer: Good technical skills in the Mainframe platform - Assembler, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, EXPEDITOR, FILE- AID, CICS. Good Analytical skills. Should be able to read the code and create Design Specs. Candidate having experience in reverse engineering is an advantage. Exposure to Cloud/Distributed technologies will be an added advantage.
