| Job Title: Tech Lead - Tech Lead Services Dev (Java) Job ID: DLTJP00031157 Location: Cincinnati, OH (Full Onsite) Rate: $70/hr Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated and experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in Core Java, Spring Boot, Event Driven Architecture, System design, architecture, and Containerization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a technical role and will play a crucial role in developing and leading innovative solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design and development of Java-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design effective solutions. Utilize Core Java and Spring Boot to build robust and scalable applications. Implement Event Driven Architecture principles, such as Kafka, to enhance application performance. Participate in system design and architecture discussions to ensure the development of efficient and maintainable solutions. Containerize applications to enhance deployment and scaling processes. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Ensure the delivery of high-quality code, adhering to best practices and industry standards. Act as a subject matter expert in Java development. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience in Core Java and Spring Boot development. Strong knowledge of Event Driven Architecture, including experience with Kafka or similar technologies. Expertise in system design and architecture. Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a lead role is a must.
