Please let me know your interest in the below role- Role : Service Now Developer Location : Phoenix, AZ( REMOTE ) ( Local Only ) Visa : GC, USC , GCEAD Job Description: Focus IT Service Management (ITSM) module (ticket, incidence, changes, service desk) ITIL certifications are a must (ideally ITIL Cert V4) ITSM practitioners would be a good fit Build out enhancements, integrations with hub spokes, store spokes, and API customizations for quarterly business reviews for the trends. System to System integrations with 3rd party tools/systems like Rally, Zendesk, Remedy, Jira, and more. Experience with Rally customizations and integrations is highly preferred. Experience in other ServiceNow Modules is NOT important (no need for experience with ITOM, GRC, HR, etc.) The manager said this experience would be too much and potentially distracting. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 4 years experience in IT, software development, or ServiceNow administration ServiceNow Certified System Administrator & Certified ServiceNow Developer 3 Additional certifications within ServiceNow modules Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 4 years experience building or maintaining Rest APIs 4 years experience with web-based development languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML) 4 years experience with SQL and relational databases 2 years experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules ITIL related certification Foundations or higher Certification: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (included recent Deltas) Experience with Integration Hub, Managed and Custom Spokes Experience building Custom Applications, including new roles, tables, metrics, & reporting. Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse audiences.
