This vital role ensures that the right individuals have appropriate access to specific areas of the system, as well as access to the correct associates. Collaboration is a significant part of this role, requiring partnership with fellow Workday administrators to configure security across various domains. These domains encompass Core HCM, Compensation, Finance, PRISM, Adaptive, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Expense Management, Integrations, and Reporting. In addition to this, the role demands strong Workday technical expertise, particularly in the modification of custom, intersection, and integration security configurations. Furthermore, it entails taking on the responsibility for secondary support and development of EIB, Studio integrations, and data loading processes. Required: Accountable for developing and overseeing the comprehensive security strategy, design, configuration, enhancements, and ongoing support. Holds a pivotal role in the implementation of Security, partnering with the system implementer, Workday Product Owner, and business teams to ensure robust security measures. Conducts regular audits of data, applications, and integrations to guarantee compliance with established security standards. Manages the Segregation of Duties process to ensure that Workday setups are optimally defined without any violations. Provides training sessions, which include the development of user procedures, guidelines, and comprehensive documentation. Generates project documentation, encompassing business cases, process flow charts, requirements, and test scripts. Deliver security reports to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and for use in security audits. Offer system support by troubleshooting security issues and uncovering and addressing the underlying causes of these issues. Engage in requirements gathering by comprehending business needs and capturing necessary requirements. Possesses a Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in fields such as Engineering, Business, or Management Information Systems. Holds a Workday Certification specifically related to Security. Demonstrates experience with the Sailpoint platform.
