Please let me know your interest in the below role- Role : Scrum Master / Business Analyst Location: - REMOTE EST Visa : NO CPT/H1B Duration: 12+Months Rate: $45/hr C2 Max Interview: Video JOB DESCRIPTION The Scrum Master / Business Analyst is a key role on highly complex projects and will serve as a liaison between the business community and Information Technology. Will collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze and document requirements, determine solutions, assist in addressing any project impediments, and prioritize demand in accordance with business needs and IT capacity. Will manage and lead Agile Scrum Ceremonies including but not limited to sprint planning, daily scrum, user story refinement sessions and sprint retrospective. Maintains a team TFS backlog for multiple applications, establishes and monitors sprint goals, helps to resolve risk and issues, and applies process improvements for more efficient sprint planning. The Scrum Master will collaborate with product owners, project sponsors, application developers, QA testers, architects, and if required; 3rd party vendors to implement projects. REQUIRED SKILLS Experience with Business Process Analysis and Documentation, Business Requirements Elicitation, Workflow Analysis, MS Visio, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Agile Methodologies, and User Stories. Experience with Azure DevOps/TFS is a BIG PLUS. Must be detail-oriented, have excellent facilitation, elicitation, and documentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
