On Site - Goodlettsville, TN HCM Onsite Test Lead Job Description/Responsibilities: Onsite Lead experienced in HR and Real Estate domains along with Google Cloud Platform and performing service level integration testing experience and Good knowledge on HCM Products Lawson, Origami, Concur and Quotient. 1. Perform Automation Testing of HR and Real Estate Domain Applications using any node based automation tools technologies and applying Cognizants Best Practice. 2. Test Execution and Debugging for developed Automation Scripts. Defect Logging for failure scripts and tracking it for closure. 3. Understands business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determines corresponding enterprise solution designs and change requirements to drive the organization's targeted business outcomes. 4. Gather the business & technical requirements from Business Analyst, Business stake holders and Tech SMEs. Attend the requirement calls and raise the clarifications. Tracking the base lined requirements from business using Test Management Tools like JIRA. Customizing / Tailoring the required tools or software to accommodate the base lined requirements on the application modules level and its interfaces levels 5. Must have experience in coordinating onshore and offshore team. 6. Identify the risk and should share mitigation plan to all stake holders. 7. Review deliverables from offshore team and publish the status. 8. Support Functional and Automation Deliverables. What are the top Must Haves for this role 1. Experience in testing HCM products - Lawson StartTask Origami Send World Now (Onsolve) Quotient Concur Medcor Transportation Management System. 2. Handson experience in automation testing using Java, Selenium, Restassured. 3. Expertise in Google Cloud Platform and performing service level integration testing. 4.
