Role: Lead Java Developer

Location: San Diego, CA / Remote

9+ years experience as a hands-on Software engineer in Java, Springboot.
Masters Degree (preferred) in Engineering, Computer, and Information Systems or related.
Desirable but not mandatory- SQL Server, Messaging (TIBCO), microservices
Strong fundamentals of algorithm, arrays, data structures, OOPS;
Developing high-quality and detailed designs along with analyzing and disseminating technical requirements to developers, testers;
Unit testing using automated unit test frameworks;
Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning;
Conducting configuration of own work with experience in CI/CD tools;
Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback;
Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality;
