Your future duties and responsibilities Analyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models. Implementing data strategies and developing physical data models. Updating and optimizing local and metadata models. Develop Data Modeling standards, guidelines, and best practices using Erwin. Provide mentoring and training to others as needed. Evaluating implemented data systems for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Required qualifications to be successful in this role. Proven knowledge of data modeling experience, specializing in analytical reporting projects (Data Warehouse, Data Mart) Proficient in Relational and Dimensional data modeling with hands-on experience using. Erwin Data Modeling Tool. Expert-level SQL skills for query writing, optimization, and performance tuning. Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex concepts to diverse. stakeholders. Hands-on experience with industry-standard data modeling tools and technologies. Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Familiarity with data governance principles, data cataloging, and stewardship is a plus. Experience with cloud-based data services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is preferred. Relevant data modeling certifications (CDMP) are encouraged. Education and Certifications Bachelor's or in Computer Science or a related fields.
