JD: Manhattan WMOS Consultant Relevant Experience (In Years) 3+ Years Technology Platform Manhattan WMOS Technical/Functional Skills/Experience Must have skills/Experience* Bachelor's degree; 3+ years of Professional experience with a minimum of 2+ years of Retail, Supply chain experience including working directly with business clients. Experience managing Warehouse Management support, retail, supply chain support engagements by working with multiple stakeholders in incident and problem management, defect implementation, small enhancements etc. Strong leadership skills with experience managing people in offsite and remote locations. Strong understanding of warehouse, inbound and outbound operations. Strong leadership and service delivery skills Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, consult and share information with managers and colleagues within the global and regional customer organization matrix. Broad range of business and IT experiences including working in a complex supply and distribution environment having WMOS as the core surrounded by other technology platforms including SAP, AS400 (Legacy). (Standard) Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the organization including suppliers, partners and customers. Experience working and implementing projects with global teams. Integrations between Manhattan WMOS, Legacy, and SAP Understanding various integration technologies/interfaces with WMOS. Experience with MIF Experience with rollout strategy and support Be able to guide the offshore teams. Ability to travel to sites during application go-live. Good to have skills* Exposure of legacy environment (AS400) and Integration technologies (Broker, Sterling, Informatica) Experience in SQL Experience Required Experience in working as Manhattan WMOS Configuration, Implementation and Support for retail customers Roles & Responsibilities Manhattan WMOS consultant handles the implementation in overall landscape with incident, problem, and defect management along with implementing enhancement to drive system stability and achieve business requirements. Delivers functional leadership and can mentor others in the organization. May provide work direction / general guidance to other team members as a leader. Accountabilities across multiple functional and technical areas with wide range of complexity. Proactive analysis of business processes and issues and identification of innovative ways to address day to day operational problems by providing solutions while working with business and technical teams. Works directly with Business resources to establish requirements for the implementation of changes in the business process. Drives the evaluation of the factors which must be addressed in the change program. Maintains in-depth understanding of Warehouse Management business processes.
