The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud migration, Windows server administration, and Azure services, with a focus on ensuring a seamless transition of our infrastructure to the cloud environment. Responsibilities: Assessment and Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess existing on-premises infrastructure and applications, identify migration requirements, and develop a comprehensive migration plan. Azure Migration: Lead the migration process, including provisioning Azure resources, configuring network settings, and ensuring the smooth transfer of data and applications to Azure. Server Administration: Manage Windows servers in the Azure environment, ensuring their performance, security, and reliability. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and compliance standards in the Azure environment, including identity and access management, encryption, and auditing. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Set up monitoring and alerting systems to detect and address performance and availability issues. Troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related problems as they arise. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for migration plans, configurations, and procedures. Automation: Utilize automation tools and scripting to streamline migration and operational tasks.
