This role will be responsible for overseeing all IT operations and management. The consultant will manage technical services staff and provide guidance, support, and training to the Technical Specialist team. The team the IT Manager is responsible for is managing wired network infrastructure, wireless network infrastructure, network security & firewalls, servers, storage, unified communications & telephones, inventory & asset management, as well as software and applications the customer uses.
