Job Description: Manage business requirements within a specific Agile team, taking inputs from Products stakeholders and documenting technically specific outcomes to be produced by the technology team. Utilise the team collaboration and documentation processes in Confluence and Jira, and other tools where required, to ensure clarity in communication of business requirements and outcomes to Technology and Product stakeholders. Identify improvements in process or collaboration that will improve effectiveness or efficiency in definition of business requirements, definition of success, metrics and outcomes and implement them where appropriate and in consultation with key stakeholders Participate in team Agile processes, ceremonies and review activities to ensure realisation of collaborative team outcomes and benefits 12+ demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst as well as experience in translating complex business requirements into technical and non-technical specifications. Demonstrated experience working with Agile methodologies in a BA capacity. Experience in developing functional and non-functional requirements for business solutions. Expertise in writing business cases, running workshops with project groups for requirement gathering, compiling clear requirements, End User testing and Go-live support Well-developed interpersonal, consultation, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Strong data and analytical skills.
