ServiceNow Experience should include scripting, platform configuration, design, and deployment. Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow SecOps modules to meet the organization's security requirements. Develop and manage incident response processes in ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security incidents. Implement and maintain threat detection and monitoring mechanisms within ServiceNow, including integration with security tools and SIEM systems. Design and deploy automation workflows within ServiceNow to streamline security operations, such as automating incident triage and response. Analyze security data, alerts, and reports to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks. Ensure that security operations are aligned with industry standards and compliance requirements and develop compliance-related reporting within ServiceNow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, cybersecurity, and compliance teams, to enhance the security posture of the organization. Maintain comprehensive documentation of ServiceNow SecOps configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide training and support to end-users and colleagues on ServiceNow SecOps functionalities.
