| From: Aditya Kumar, Stellent It [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title EDI Business Analyst and Tester Location Remote Duration long term Job Description Type of Work: EDI Business Analyst and Tester >8 years of experience implementing EDI, ideally with experience in roles within the OEM implementing with suppliers and within and EDI integrator Understands the Procure to Pay business process, and capable of testing and problem solving a minimum of the following EDI transactions: o 977 Acknowledgment o 850 Purchase Order (PO) o 855 PO promise o 856 Advanced Ship Notice o 860 PO Change Request o 810 Invoice Fluency in the verbal and written English language. Requires strong communication skills to support the direct coordination with CNH business users, suppliers and third-party providers required throughout the supplier on-boarding process and entire testing lifecycle. Must be capable of working during Central Time Zone ~8am to 4pm Monday through Friday in alignment with CNH and supplier business hours Location: Remote eligible Day to day activities: Define and create a plan to onboard supplier to EDI/CSCN based on the initial assessment. Share the plan with CNH project manager. Coordinate with CNH Business users, suppliers and third-party providers for application (CSPS, CSCN, CLICK and SAP) during entire testing lifecycle and share the progress with CNH. Execute test cases/scenarios provided by CNH business and coordinate with suppliers to complete the testing. Document and share test results and facilitate validations with business users. Escalate delays caused during testing with CNH and present mitigation plan. Follow-up with suppliers on the issues identified during testing phase. Coordinate with CNH business users, CNH IT team members and suppliers for Go-live in production environments. Monitor suppliers EDI/CSCN utilization for 30 days after the Go-live. Resolve performance issues and report the trend to CNH project manager.
