Position: Sr. Level Functional NetSuite Consultant Location: Houston TX Onsite Hybrid Contract: 6 12 Months Need 10+ years experience. Passport Number Must for Submission They would need to travel in for a couple of weeks at the beginning and then once a month for a week after that. Job Duties and Responsibilities: As a Senior NetSuite Financials & Supply Chain Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing the NetSuite platform to support the financial and supply chain needs of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain NetSuite solutions that enhance efficiency and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. NetSuite Configuration: Configure NetSuite modules for financials and supply chain management according to the organization's requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and tailor NetSuite to streamline operations. 2. Financial Management: Design and implement financial processes within NetSuite, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices. 3. Supply Chain Management: Optimize supply chain operations by configuring inventory management, order management, and procurement modules in NetSuite. Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure efficient sourcing and distribution processes. 4. Integration and Customization: Integrate NetSuite with other business systems, such as e-commerce platforms, CRM, and third-party logistics providers. Develop custom scripts, workflows, and Suite Apps to address unique business requirements. 5. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, helping them utilize NetSuite effectively. Resolve issues and provide guidance on system usage. 6. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes. Generate reports and dashboards to track and analyze financial and supply chain performance. 7. Compliance and Security: Ensure that NetSuite configurations comply with relevant regulations and internal security standards. Implement access controls and audit trails for data security. 8. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with NetSuite updates and best practices. Identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency gains. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. NetSuite certification, such as NetSuite ERP Consultant, is preferred. Several years of experience in NetSuite implementation and configuration, with a focus on financials and supply chain modules. Strong understanding of accounting principles and supply chain management. Proficiency in Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to system improvements.
