Job Title: Senior Business Application Expert Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: The Business Application Process Consultant supports healthcare application and overall business process workflow design needed for medical plan system applications to support operational best practices and efficiencies. Job Description: Responsible for strategic planning and oversight for developing comprehensive application and business process solutions. Highly versed in creation of business process workflows, utilizing industry-standard tools such as Facets Networx Workflow/Modeler, Pega, Jira, etc. Specific experience with Facets Workflow is desired. Strategic planning for designing business process workflows and solutions to work with long term business requirements and goals Domain expertise including Claims, Membership/Enrollment, Customer Service and Finance within healthcare industry. Provides expert application knowledge for enrollment & claims adjudication applications. This knowledge should encompass multiple layers from high level business process to understanding of technical capabilities. Assess, develop and implementation of process solutions as part of problem identification and resolution. Implementation can have varying areas of need, including plan configurations, process implantation, custom development requirements, etc. Knowledge of claims processing software configurations, including plan, benefits, ICD-10, HCPS, CPT codes to be able to build and deploy configurations based on workflow designs This position works with multiple internal teams, requiring strong interpersonal skills to build consensus for design solutions Hiring Requirements: Facets: 10+ years, in multiple areas including claims, membership, billing, enrollment and configuration Facets Networx, Workflow and Modeler background highly desired Process Modeling, Automation and Management tools such as Jira, Pega, TIBCO, UML, Visio, etc highly desired. Strong SQL query experience in one or more databases (i.e. MS SQL, Oracle), and ability to create complex reports Strong domain experience in Medicare, Medicaid & Marketplace health plans desired. Commercial and Blue Association plan experience a plus.
