| From: Ravi, Softcom Systems, Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Locals Only Role :: AWS Architect Location: Newark, NJ(Day 1 Onsite - 3 days in a week) Duration: Long Term 10 years of experience on AWS , PySpark, Redshift 10 years of relevant work experience in analytics, data engineering, complex ETL, BI or related field Code proficiency in Python and other modern programming languages Experience writing and optimizing advanced SQL queries in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets. Expert knowledge of large scale / distributed processing database systems and big data platforms, like Hadoop, AWS Redshift, Microsoft MPP, Snowflake Expert technical knowledge of ETL/ ELT technologies and a proven implementation track record leveraging complex SQL, ETL tools, API/file-based end points Githib/Gitlab knowledge is required. Strong experience with cloud-first design on AWS and corresponding services and components (AWS Glue, Lambda, Redshift ,orchestration, etc.) Experience in troubleshooting infrastructure bottlenecks at the storage, network, and/or compute layers Strength in leadership, interpersonal, and problem solving skills with the ability to continually learn new concepts and technologies and effectively apply them Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to express information and ideas vividly. Having knowledge/ Experience in Investment Domain would be added value Good to have knowledge of SLM tools like Github, XLDeploy, JIRA and familiarity with Agile methodology Good academic record.
