| Hi, Role: Business System Analyst Work Location: Jersey City, NJ * ONSITE * Duration: 10+ Months NO OPT and CPT Visa Status JOB DESCRIPTION: Experience/Skillset 3-5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst is required. At least 2 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required. Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above, and relationship managers. Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD, RTM, User Stories etc. Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies Self-starter with strong communication, presentation, relationship building and strategic analytical skills Strong time management, goal setting and task prioritization abilities.
