Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. Salesforce Platform II Developer certification. Strong application design skills combined with strong data, integration, and security architecture skills. Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration. Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively develop technical diagrams to communicate and document complex technical processes or models. Outstanding listening skills, ability to connect with people in diverse roles. Ability to work across cross-functional teams. Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences. What would be nice for you to have: Experience architecting complex business requirements into scalable solutions. Ability to convey and convince stakeholders to use best practices at various levels within a large organization. Strong Enterprise Architecture background. Oversee the timely, effective, and quality delivery of software into production. Define or refine standards for the design and development of software. Collaborate with developers, QA, operations, and management to provide technical direction in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Establish and review business and technical requirements and overall project plans to define or refine standards, ensure adherence to standards, and to facilitate the transfer of knowledge throughout the development staff. Complete product technical design and prototyping, software development, bug verification and resolution. Perform system analysis and programming activities which require extensive research and analysis. Provide architectural and big picture oversight for development of new or enhanced components.
