THANK YOU! 1 Trainer experience ability to work health care providers and have effective communication 2 Health care experience is a plus 3 BI analytics experience 4 Documentation experience CLIENTS FORMAL JOB DESCRIPTION 1.Training and Education: - Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on Qlik Sense and Palantir Foundry, catering to various skill levels and roles within the organization. - Create comprehensive training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and interactive presentations. 2.User Support: - Provide hands-on support to users in accessing, interpreting, and utilizing reports and dashboards. - Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to maximize their proficiency with analytics tools. 3.Content Development: - Collaborate with the Analytics team to design customized training content. - Stay updated with industry best practices and software updates to continuously enhance training content. -Publish monthly analytics newsletter. 4.Feedback and Improvement: - Collect feedback from users to identify areas of improvement in analytics tools and training programs. - Collaborate with IT teams to communicate user needs and contribute to system enhancements. 5.Documentation: - Maintain up-to-date documentation on analytics tool usage, best practices, and procedures. - Ensure documentation is accessible and user-friendly for reference. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or Education. Master's degree preferred. - Strong proficiency in Qlik Sense and Palantir Foundry, with a proven track record of utilizing these tools for data analysis. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non- technical users. - Prior experience in teaching, training, or education is a plus. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in training materials. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving technology and user needs.
