Your expertise in ServiceNow development, coupled with your knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and Vulnerability processes, will be instrumental in driving digital transformation and improving operational efficiency within our organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. ServiceNow Development: Design, configure/develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations. 2. ITSM & ITOM Enhancement: Leverage your deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to develop solutions to integrate new applications within platform using existing data model and leveraging OOB capabilities of Tasks, workflows, CMDB. 3.
