There is hybrid remote flexibility, 3 days/week will be onsite in Maple Grove, MN. The consultant will be focused on the development and communication of change management strategies, implementation of plans, and leading team members through change management activities. Projects will include business transformation and enhancement of New Product Development (NPD). Responsibilities will include development and rollout of NPD excellence initiatives, striving to improve performance, effectiveness, and sustained commercial strength. The NPD lifecycle extends deep into the organization and includes a vast number of supporting functions, including marketing, research and development, program management, regulatory affairs, quality, clinical, operations and others. This role will include monitoring and accessing the impact of change across supporting cross-functions. The consultant will report into a Program Management team. As part of this team, this role will be responsible for deployment and program communications, capture and disposition change impacts, stakeholder management, change journey activities and SharePoint administration. This role will have direct engagement with key stakeholders and leadership across the organization, with overall ownership of change management communications within the organization (i.e. town halls, leadership meetings). Responsibilities : Lead, coordinate and manage change management activities. Communicate across all supporting cross-functions and key stakeholders. Complete key change activities (i.e. capture changes coming, validate changes, map changes to roles, identify end-users) in partnership with key stakeholders. Create and support program communications for team, broader stakeholder community, and executive level. Communications should follow the next gen communication approach and are integrated into Microsoft O365 suite of tools including SharePoint Sites and PowerPoint. Support SharePoint administration activities include stakeholder list management, end-user list management, creating News posts/sites as needed, and/or reviewing site analytics. Consistently measure change and communication effectiveness through multiple forms of measurement (i.e. focus groups, surveys, analytics). Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. Top Qualifications : BS degree minimum Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience in change management, communications, or related field. Experience working on a global transformation project to implement Change Management and Communications tactics. Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) certification and/or PROSCI Certification. 5+ years of experience with change tools such stakeholders analysis, change impact mapping, persona creation, change measures, and the value of their outputs.
