From: Riyas, Xforia Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Ability to undertake product Environmental compliance tasks to support the Environmental Technologies group. Responsible for the gathering of Environmental data (e.g. substances, biocompatibility, packaging, energy, eco design) working with suppliers, internal teams, 3rd party labs utilizing internal systems to retrieve and consolidate this information. Also be tasked to execute material and/or finished goods/modules validation, they will aid in the compliance system development and conduct supply chain partner education/audit. Entire teams deliverables and quality of work Handle resource assignment and work scheduling Report two weeks ahead for any team member to take Vacation/Annual leave and arrange coverage such that business is not impacted New team members screening, onboarding, training, off-boarding and regular check-ins Initial triage for any project related escalations Monitor reports from each team member and provide Weekly Summary Report Gather feedback from Customer and cross functional teams Fill in the resource gap if someone on leave Complete the audits, trainings to suppliers within the planned timeframe Coordinate issues between supplier and customer technical team, track the issue progress till resolution placed in a timely manner Periodic (monthly) review of the entire project progress, gather the lesson learns and provide improvement suggestions Accuracy of data reporting through reviews with Customer technical teams No delays in product launch. Management of requirements in systems (e.g., WRC management for packaging markings and packaging EMEIA alphanumeric including Customer Care) Data gathering for material product evaluations: collecting necessary documentation within Customer internal systems or cross functional teams. (e.g., packaging, substances) Test co-ordination and test report management where needed (e.g., recyclability tests, material testing). Activities might include creation of tickets to kick off testing, updating and maintaining material qualification spreadsheets, requesting samples etc. Data visualization and reporting enhancements e.g., dashboards, slides, JIRA etc. Perform basic product risk assessments with guidance from FTE Perform training to suppliers, FATP, cross functional teams, internal teams (e.g., Product quality plan (PQP) requirements, material qualification process) Work with suppliers/FATP/DRl to resolve compliance issues (e.g. Test report mapping issues) Create, gather and develop documentation for launch and certification e.g., Disassembly documentation, energy submission, in-country data for registration, UPC codes compilation and update/create SOPs, Env management systems document updates where needed. Track and maintain project issues, tasks, deliverables, following up with ET DRIS to drive closure. Highlight risks and issues related to project schedules and deliverables. This could include, Tick list reviews for eco label tracking, discrepancies found in product report, Env management systems documents changes, slippages in testing schedule) Identify, develop or improve data gathering spreadsheets/systems to improve efficiency. Requirement Strong Project management capability and communication skill BS in Material, Chemistry, Environment or other engineering/scientific majors Experience in environmental regulation and compliance management Experience in product environmental compliance of an electronic system and/or knowledge of compliance system development Experience with managing compliance data/documents with supply chain partners Ability to work well in a collaborative, highly cross-functional and fast paced environment.
