From: Nora West, W3Global [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello All, Please go through the JD and share me suitable profiles to [email protected] Title Design Engineer Location Irvine, California (onsite only) Employment type : Contract Experience 6+ years Job Description: 5+ years full-time engineering experience working on Automotive electronics or Consumer product electronic components, (Preferred) Knowledgeable of the schematic capture and PCB layout (preferably Altium) or any other software is ok (Must have) Experience in the ISO-26262 development process. (Preferred) Familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes and materials. (Must have) Experience in designing for EMC and knowledgeable about common regulatory requirements for low voltage electronic components. (Must have) Expertise in schematic capture, PCB layout (preferably Altium), FPGA development systems and tools, as well as simulation tools like Spice and Matlabs. (Must have) Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing essential test and measurement tools, including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers(Must have). Strong grasp of Electrical Engineering fundamentals, including core concepts, mathematics, circuit analysis, electronics, power systems, control systems, electromagnetic theory, instrumentation, and safety standards. Adept in diverse electrical and mechanical engineering domains with a background in electro-mechanical systems. . (Must have) Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, with a master's degree considered an asset. (Preferred) Comprehensive understanding of the automotive hardware/software development process. (Preferred) Well-versed in documentation and design release processes.
