We need candidates that understand the product management space, where you must define a product, own, deliver, adopt & measure. This is not a business analyst role where the product is handed to a team to elaborate. We need someone to identify what the need is, define the product own it, deliver, adopt and measure. How have you identified the needs of your customers to define a product and why you need to build it for them How do you deal with ambiguity when the enterprise does not have a standard set of requirements How do you influence product adoption How do you define successful product adoption How do you constantly align product value to enterprise needs How have you clearly articulated KPIs and OKRs used to track product lifecycle Skills: Product Manager - Platform Engineering Must have understanding of Technical Debt at an enterprise level. Strong understanding of Platform Engineering domain Gain a deep understanding of our users' experience, identify product gaps and improve customer experience and drive growth. Create visibility into incoming product features across platform verticals. Determining specifications, production timetables, and time-integrated plans for product deployments. Work with the Head of Product, Design Lead, and engineering team to incorporate feedback; understanding technical, market and domain considerations. Work with support and platform teams to incorporate customer feedback. Be able to seek and receive input from patients (or other users), advocacy groups and other influencers. Drive product adoption by conducting educational sessions, roadshows. Requirements: Creating low-fidelity wireframes, loose architectural diagrams, and user story acceptance criteria are easy tasks for you and you use them to convey your idea or align a group of people. 3+ years of experience working as a software product owner. Maniacally Detail Oriented: Not for the faint of heart, you thrive in building something from nothing, and understand the detail it takes to do it. You write stories in the way a user would use the product in a format that engineers can implement and test from. You remain consistent in story writing and implementation discussions, which may include some solutions architecting.
