Develop, maintain and execute project plans, timelines, and roadmaps. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Service Now platform. Ensure that code is developed and maintained according to best practices and Client requirements. Write clear and concise technical documentation. Oversee the development, testing, deployment and support of Service Now modules, applications and workflows. Develop and deliver training to users on Service Now functionality. Ensure that Service Now solutions are properly documented and supported. Assist in the development/mentorship of other team developers. Stay up to date with the latest developments, features and best practices in Service Now, to continually enhance the platforms capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Service Now Developer, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Should have a proven track record of successful platform customizations and implementations.
