Hybrid Mode Job (C2H Employement Must) : Business Data Analyst - Parsippany, NJ (Pay Rate: $35hr W2 Fixed and Salary after hiring $65k/year) Project Details: Work closely with stakeholders, which include business units, data analysts, and IT members, to collectively prioritize product features and create a comprehensive product roadmap based on market analysis data. Translate high-level objectives into actionable user stories, epics, and features, ensuring that each product increment consistently delivers substantial value. Break down customer requirements, maintain, and prioritize the team's backlog in alignment with enterprise priorities, customer feedback, and available resources. Elicit and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for our data and analytics products, ensuring that they effectively address business needs and meet user expectations. Keep comprehensive and up-to-date product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and system requirements. Take full responsibility for overseeing, managing, and enhancing the team's agile development process from inception to completion. Conduct regular sprint reviews, demo sessions, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to ensure each product iteration's successful completion. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of our data and analytics products. Analyze user feedback, customer inputs, data usage patterns, and other trends to pinpoint opportunities for product optimization and enhancement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as business executives, department heads, and project managers, to guarantee alignment of product development efforts with our business priorities. Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and the data and analytics team, ensuring a clear understanding of product requirements, timelines, and expectations. Oversee the full transition of operational backlog management and agile development methodologies. Develop user acceptance testing processes and provide support for the team's quality assurance and quality control efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker and a meticulous planner who can balance the technical aspects with the broader business goals, ultimately driving the success of our data and analytics products.
