Job Title Powerflex Appliance Job Location - Remote Duration - 6 Months+ Visa -Any Visa except H1B,CPT Mode Of Interview - Phone/Skype Note - Need LinkedIn Job Description Must have Skills - Powerflex Appliance Project Tasks Day to-day operational support and guidance on the management and use of specific Powerflex Appliance Responsible for performing a wide variety of day-today management and administrative tasks, as well as providing recommendations for effective and efficient system us Administration: o Monitors, reviews, and manages Dell infrastructure. o Manages user requests. o Manages and reviews log files. o Generates regular operational reports. Problem Management: o Isolates and troubleshoots incidents. o Performs service incident coordination. o Opens service requests on behalf of the Customer. o Participates in root cause analysis review. Change Management: o Performs software/firmware management assistance and collaboration. o Implements change management requests. o Assists with the solution documentation of policies and procedures in conjunction with the compliance manager(s) and with other key stakeholders. o Manages migration activities (monitor reports). Continual Service Improvement: o Recommends procedure changes that result in operational optimization. o Shares best practices from other engagements. o Provides performance tuning recommendations. IMPORTANT - The customer has a 5 week onboarding process that must be completed before the resource can start. The target start date assumes the resource will be selected in the next couple of weeks and then the onboarding process will start. Resource needs to understand this and commit to waiting for this process to be completed.
