| From: Sameer, GSK SOLUTONS INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Infrastructure Solutions Architect (Cloudflare Specialist) (Remote Position) Location: Remote (Lansing, MI) Duration: 12 Months+ Client: State of Michigan Job Description: This position is responsible for the integration of State of Michigan applications into Cloudflare. They must have thorough knowledge of integrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining a varying array of web applications into Cloudflare. The individual must be able to work with developers of different Agencies to confirm suggestions made by Cloudflare support for different applications, requesting of certificates, and the implementation of any new suggestions before and during implementation. They will be responsible for maintaining their ticket queue within the Helix Ticketing System utilized within the State of Michigan to maintain Service Level Agreements. They may also be asked to participate in troubleshooting and design meetings for different applications within the State of Michigan. Answers and makes phone calls as necessary. Reads, comprehends, and complies with email messages on a timely basis. Must be able to work at least two days-a-week onsite at the worksite address. Skill Of experience (days/weeks/years) General knowledge of Cloudflare systems. Knowledge of DNS Knowledge of Cloudflare Zone-level Web Application Firewall Knowledge of Cloudflare Zero Trust Network Access Knowledge of Transform, Configuration, Page, Redirect, IP Access, Cache, and Origin Rules. Knowledge of Cloudflare Spectrum Knowledge of Cloudflare Certificate Manager Knowledge of implementing DDOS protection in Cloudflare Knowledge of implementing Bot protection in Cloudflare Knowledge of implementing Cloudflare security policies within different zones and subzones. F5 LTM Experience including: Creation of VIPs (Virtual IP) Troubleshooting knowledge Installation and renewal of Certificates Irule creation and modification. F5 GTM Experience including: Wide IP's Created F5 ASM Experience including: Creation of policies. Fine tuning of policies while in learning mode. Troubleshoot policies while placed after blocking mode. Monitor new learning suggestions. F5 APM Experience including: Creation of SAML policies Troubleshoot the issues. F5 Device-level experience including: Remediate CVEs Ihealth/qkview knowledge Open support ticket with F5 (last resort) Should be able to upgrade devices Device clean up ( unused objects) BIGIQ (for daily config back up from all devices) Work cooperatively with others in a team environment to meet the expected levels of customer service. Ability to operate information systems input devices. Ability to conduct training and informational sessions. Ability to understand and follow detailed written and oral instructions. Ability to explain instructions and guidelines to others effectively. Ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of data communications networks.
