Adept in coordinating with support teams, suppliers, vendors, and third-party groups to resolve issues and manage change requests while ensuring smooth operations and SLA compliance. Create mock ups of desired report services before creating BI (Business Intelligence) Reports. Update system reports to keep them relevant and functional throughout our versions Run test workshops for final approval, integration, migration, Pilot, cut-off, production, UAT Automation, and change control.
