Job Title: DevOps Engineer for RPAS Location: Atlanta,Georgia Duration: 5 months Job Description Skillset: DevOps Engineer for RPAS The DevOps engineer must have strong experience in architecture, programming, and automation of application components 1. Strong Experience in creating and maintaining deployment pipelines using Harness 2. Expertise in GitHub repos, branching strategies, creation integration hooks, etc., 3. Experience working with Artifactory, JIRA and ServiceNow 4. Experience working in Agile and DevOps managed projects 5. Troubleshooting techniques and strong analytical skills 6. Very strong verbal and written communication skills 7. Extensive work experience in UNIX\\AIX on and Korn- scripting 8. Retail domain experience is a big plus 9. DevOps experience in Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) - Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF) and Advanced Inventory Planning (AIP) deployments is a BIG Plus Primary Responsibilities 1. Create and own the Git repos for RPAS teams 2. Create and maintain the branches for each of the active initiative 3. Conduct periodic branching standards review and confirm users are adhering to the standards 4. Work with development teams to create the release playbook and deployment instructions 5. Work closely with change control board, review the playbook and release timelines 6. Create deployment pipelines for releases for all environments including lower, Perf and Production environments 7. Create hooks/adapter to integrate GitHub, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Artifactory 8.
