Project Scope: The Office of Technology Services (OTS) was established as a means of recognizing cost savings through the consolidation of State IT assets and resources. The creation of OTS consolidated a wide variety of existing hardware platforms, operating systems, database management systems, networks, third-party software, and custom applications. OTS leads the States technology procurement process in order to standardize technology over the entire organization, seek efficiencies of operations, maintenance, and scalability of new products introduced to the OTS suite of services which can eventually be offered to all in-scope agencies. The OTS on behalf of the customer-agency requires application programmers to develop and implement a tracking system for sexual assault kits from inventory to collection, to analysis, and through conviction. The statewide system will have various user groups including sexual assault nurse examiners (SANE), Louisiana State Police Crime Lab, law enforcement, testing laboratories, and sexual assault survivors. Responsibilities: Development, administration, configuration, and support of a custom-built Microsoft Power Application; Leading application deployment processes and strategies that align with State standards for application monitoring, lifecycle management, failover disaster recovery and security; Implement integrations with State Enterprise Architecture Services, specific APIs, identity management, document repositories and related services; Design application-specific failover processes and strategies to ensure services align with defined Service Level Agreements; Develop integration strategies and validation processes such that audit capabilities are incorporated and easily utilized. Conduct code reviews & ensures quality deliverables Core Skills: Business Requirements, Model-Driven and Canvas App, PCF controls, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, HTML/CSS, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps, SSIS, SSRS, and/or SQL Server (T-SQL), Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, jQuery, Angular, .NET, NodeJS, TypeScript, React, Python Mandatory Skills: 3 years of experience with Power Platform development, including Model-Driven and Canvas App, PCF controls, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI 3 years of experience with Customization of Dynamics CRM, as well as integrations, migrations, and custom components in the Dynamics environment 3 years of experience with leading integrations into Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform from a variety of on-premises and cloud sources 5 years of experience with C# 5 years of experience with ASP.NET Core 5 years of experience with JavaScript 5 years of experience with HTML/CSS 5 years of experience with Entity Framework 5 years of experience with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps; including source control and pipelines 5 years of experience working with SSIS, SSRS, and/or SQL Server (T-SQL) Desirable Skills: Has led a team of developers on Power Platform and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience leading client engagements from strategy through solution implementation, including strategy, governance, operating models, design, delivery, deployment, and on-going maintenance Preferred Certifications: Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft D365 Fundamentals or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Applications Specialist or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Deployment Dynamics MVP or Microsoft FastTrack Recognized Solution Architect preferred Experience with development languages such as Liquid Template, jQuery, Angular, .NET, NodeJS, TypeScript, React, and Python Familiarity working with general Azure modules, such as function and web apps Agile and/or Scrum methodology Thanks & Regards ..
