| ROLE: Salesforce Developer with good Experience Cloud Location : Fort Worth, TX-Day1 onsite Must have Experience Cloud Job Description: Salesforce Developer: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a broad understanding of various systems to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for development of Salesforce solutions primarily Experience Cloud (Customer Communities). Your role will extend to support integrations and security to ensure seamless interoperability and an optimized technology landscape. Responsibilities: Development of the Salesforce Customer Portal (Experience Cloud - Communities) solution Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance on Salesforce platform and its integration with other systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise during the implementation phase, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across integrated systems. Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development experience across Salesforce platform and other cloud technologies, with a proven track record of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for complex business requirements. Relevant Salesforce certifications such as SF Administration, SF Developer, Experience Cloud are highly desired, showcasing expertise in Salesforce platform and its various components. Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems, enabling seamless data flow and interoperability. Key Skills: Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and experience with Agile Software development using Scrum. Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate options and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong proficiency in analytics and problem-solving, with keen attention to detail in designing efficient and scalable solutions. DevOps experience with Flosum or other similar tools is a plus, showcasing expertise in continuous integration, continuous delivery, and release management. Broad knowledge and understanding of various systems beyond Salesforce, enabling effective integration and system landscape optimization.
