Self-Starter, Quick Learner, and good team player Objectives of this Role: Drive identification of Credit/CECL (Current Expected Credit Losses) business and data requirements across business units Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with various teams Assist in the creation and implementation of precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels Serve as the effective interface & coordination point between IT and Business personnel. Assist IT with project requirements. The person is a team player, has good communication skills, quick learner, and able to take responsibilities. Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations. Must have some basic IT knowledge and abstract way of thinking. |
