ServiceNow Business Analysis                    P3 - Advanced

P3 Advanced (7-10yrs experience)

Role Description: 

Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.

Seeking a non-Technical consultant with several years of consulting experience, root cause analysist, and detailed research that can own and document operational support processes/responsibilities such as:

           Establishing KPIs + Monitoring/Tracking KPIs platform-level

           Responding to alarms

           Documenting/Communicating operational metrics and alarms.

           Coordinating with new application teams to make sure theyre setup with a support model.

           Establishing/maintaining proper escalations + coordination with project teams

           Documenting FAQs and SOPs

Recurring Audits:

           Admin Account and Role Audit

           Splunk Event Summary Audit

           User account and Role Audit

           User Group Audit

           Deleted Record Audit

           Admin Impersonation Audit

           Production Update Audit

In addition, we prefer the candidate has experience with the following SN Monitoring Tools and resources:

           Infrastructure Monitoring:

           Application/Instance Monitoring Accessible by ServiceNow Customers:
