HCM Consultant Remote Position Details Job Location/Client Location (with City & State) USA Remote ok (Yes / No) Ok Project Duration 1 year Project Start date Nov23 Rate $65 Job Title/Role HCM Consultant Mandatory Skills Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional, Functional HRMS, Technical HRMS Client Interview Needed for Selection (Yes / No) Yes JD (Pl share the Detailed Description, 1 liner JD will not work) HCM Consultant Job Description: Advanced understanding of the two Oracle EBS HRMS modules, (Core HR, SSHR, Absence Management, Performance management system). Expertise in AOL Setup configuration, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Alerts, Personalization, Concurrent programs incremental load. Good Knowledge in AME setup Creation, Fast Formula, Oracle PL/SQL for HCM Modules. To be expert in data and code analysis, design and performance tuning. Support HRMS modules and custom bolt-on applications - Provide daily support with resolution of tickets; act as liaison to business/project teams to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. Making recommendations to resolve gaps through solution design and/or process changes. End user support, Demonstration of HRMS modules and Processes. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues for both implementation and support Oracle HRMS solutions. Excellent requirements gathering skills and ability to translate business requirements into functional design specifications. Proven ability to perform Analysis, Design, Configuration and Test activities for Oracle HRMS solutions. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management. Good technical leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, Monitoring and status updates to Project Manager. Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex Technical issues/problems. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables. Good to Have or Added Advantage: 1. relevant experience in HCM Applications with implementation experience in at least 3 end to end projects. 2. Expert knowledge on any of the two Cloud HCM Modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Time and Labor, ORC, Helpdesk) and or/ 3. Expert knowledge on Cloud HCM Conversions, integrations (HCM Extracts & BIP), Reporting (OTBI & BIP), Fast Formula & Personalization. 4.
