Please give me a call back at Phone (O): 609-333-9000 Ext: 79 or you can E-Mail me at [email protected] Job Description: The Senior Functional Consultant works to deliver our WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Clock in /Clock Out, Integrations, etc.) in a way that solves the unique business challenges for each customer. Resource with experience of implementation of Workforce time management (clock-in/out, time sheet, Absence and Evaluation) is must to have. With experience for California labor laws and unions. Responsibilities: Responsible for gathering and identifying customer business requirements from users, customers, and other stakeholders on a global scale. This includes creating, maintaining business requirement documents, use cases Identify custom configuration requirements and accurately provide their details Lead client workshops either onsite or remotely demonstrating understanding in best practices during the implementation of Workforce Management Software Gather customer-specific needs and communicate information to WorkForce Software (WFS) project teams Escalate out of scope requirements and delays to the Project Manager Experience implementing industry best practices to meet client requirements Provide status updates to Project Manager, customers, and stakeholders on project status Maintain requirements and keep record of important project artifacts in designated project repository Evaluate potential Workforce Suite Product project implementation quality issues reported during customer testing phases, including tracking, and reporting trending defects Mentor and develop other consultants to improve the quality of engagements and strengthen the Global Services consulting practice Attend training courses and undertake self-learning as required to further develop the skills and knowledge necessary for continued success Maintain WFS Product Suite certifications required Requirements: Any one of the below Certifications is required: PT102 - Workforce Time - Configuration Specialist PT103 - WorkForce Time Interfaces Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management Familiar with aspects of US labor laws and how they impact employers and their employees 3+ years of HR and/or WFM consulting experience 5 + years working on WFM applications; 5+ years working in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the HCM space or relevant industry experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience conducting client facing presentations. Presentation skills, Software Demonstration skills, Analytical Thinking, Customer Focus, Communication, Self-organizing, Self-motivation, Innovation, Collaboration, Objective Listening, Conceptual Thinking, Influencing Others, Behavioural Awareness, Quality Focus, Technical savvy. Great collaborative skills, able to work with sales leads and other solution consultants to achieve revenue expectations. Ability to communicate passionately, persuasively, and effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats, with a wide range of people, including clients and external organizations. Ability to assess and articulate the business value to the prospect. Ability to build strong, influential prospect, partner, and customer relationships. Exceptional technical skills in the Microsoft Office suite. High work standards with desire and ability to exceed expectations. Experience with Enterprise applications such as ERP, HR, or Payroll. Familiarity with time and attendance, shift scheduling, and/or absence management Experience with the labour scheduling processes in retail, hospitality, public services and/or transport sectors is a strong advantage. Organization, coordination, and time management skills. A positive, energetic, motivated, and tenacious work ethic with high standards. Language skills are a plus.
