They have a proprietary system, so there isn't one in particular they need- SAP, Oracle. This role is responsible for successfully leading and managing all aspects of ERP or Work Management implementation projects, from inception to project closure. The ideal candidate has a background in professional services or consulting and is proficient in communication, relationship-building, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage ERP or Work Management implementation projects from inception to closure. Develop project and resource plans for implementations. Conduct planning sessions with clients at project inception. Collaborate with team leads to resource projects effectively. Manage project scope and expectations with clients. Handle project changes through formal change request processes. Communicate tasks, timelines, and logistics to team members. Identify and manage project risks and financials. Identify new opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain project and resource activities in internal systems. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Provide regular project status reporting. Deliver implementations on time and on budget, ensuring highly satisfied clients. Requirements: Skills & Competencies: Proven success in delivering ERP and/or Work Management implementation projects. Experience managing risks, opportunities, and project commercial aspects. Strong attention to detail and effective priority management. Collaboration with multi-discipline teams. Leadership in client-facing, collaborative environments. Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of accounting and operations (Earned Value Management concepts a plus). Experience with both Cost Plus and Fixed Fee implementations. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Technology-related field. 5+ years of Project Management experience. 5+ years of experience leading Software delivery/Implementation projects. PMP/PMI or related qualifications preferred.
