Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Permission, PC refresh and software installations, inventory and software management utilizing Asset Panda, managing user accounts, receiving and transferring inventory to maintain accurate records. The ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written forms is essential. Working knowledge and experience with Keystone Edge, Microsoft OS, MS Office, DocuSign, Panda, VITA Remote tools, DEXIS, Adobe, Teams/SharePoint, VPN access, and inventory operations.
