Job Description:

         Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Project Manager with a strong background in both generic project management and specialized expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies.

         The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in managing software projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines and budget constraints.

         As a Senior Software Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing complex software development projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams, and driving the successful delivery of cutting-edge software solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.     Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Coordinate and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and bottlenecks to ensure project success.

2.     Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between development, QA, design, and other project stakeholders. Provide coaching and guidance to team members, promoting continuous improvement and learning.

3.     Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing regular project updates. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives.

4.     Quality Assurance and Delivery: Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment. Monitor project progress, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure project goals are met and identify areas for improvement.

5.     Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, balancing workloads and ensuring optimal utilization of team members' skills and expertise. Collaborate with resource managers to address resource gaps and project requirements.

6.     Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Generate regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting project progress, issues, and upcoming milestones.
