Customer Journey Analytics Technical lead /Developer

Location : Remote

Contract on C2C/W2

Job Description:

Overall 10+ years of experience and at least 5+ Analytics implementation experience

Must have Adobe Analytics/Customer Journey Analytics(CJA) implementation experience with hands on experience on the tag management tools like Tealium, Launch etc.

Must have some analytics implementation experience on Adobe Launch or Server side implementation via API Analytics implementation experience including solution design document and technical specification creation with custom codes, ensuring
that tagging implementation is accurate

Should have good understanding of Adobe analytics/CJA workspace reports/dashboards, properties configurations etc..

Technical Expertise in Web technologies like - HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience in digital marketing, campaign analytics and web reporting

Proficient in MS Excel should be able to understand formulas and pivot tables

Managing expectations from analytics tool and reporting delivery and implementation efforts Ability to understand the business context and apply analytical concepts to provide business solutions Partner with Product Management to determine
how to measure performance for new products/features

(1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls

(2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer

(3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents

(4.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.

(5.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards
