JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB TITLE: Business system analyst

LOCATION: FULLY REMOTE (EST)

VISA: USC AND GC ONLY

PRIME VENDOR -Computer people staffing 

Term: 12 months

Ideal candidate has experience doing functional and technical requirements for projects related to business reporting needs (ie. Business Intelligence).  Will work with various manufacturing departments with over 200 report requests related to sales/revenue, supply chain, cost accounting, shipping, BOM, headcount, KPIs.

Will schedule and lead meetings to define reporting needs, identify groups with similar reporting needs to determine best solution.  Will present functional & technical requirements to Reporting / BI team who will create reports & dashboards in PowerBI.  Will present reports to business stakeholders for approval. Waterfall environment that incorporates iterative Agile concepts.

Requirements

    8+ years of IT Business Analyst experience creating Technical and Functional documentation

    Prior experience supporting Reporting / Business Intelligence functions

    Good understanding of data integration / where data originates 

    Experience leading meetings and communicating directly with business stakeholders

    Experience with manufacturing / MRP concepts and process flows a plus

    Exposure to Power BI or similar tool a plus
