Excellent Comms Skill Data Scientist Overview: Mainfunctions: Partner with the Technology, Product and other teams to determine data collection strategies and appropriate data models Apply statistical modeling to structured data to determine relationships Develop strategy to leverage unstructured data and incorporate into statistical modeling Identify and utilize available data outside the organization as appropriate Recommend and oversee implementation of statistical models to drive efficiency and effectiveness Conduct research from which the person will develop prototypes and proof of concepts SkillsRequired: At least 2 years relevant work experience in a data scientist role Experience with DATAIKU (highly desired,https://www.dataiku.com/), however strong experience with Alteryx, SPSS, Databricks, Knimewill, SAS etc. will suffice Strong statistical skills and experience with random forest; decision trees; logistic, linear and multivariate regression Data analysis, data visualization Programming skills using python.
