The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process management and operational decision management, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using IBM BPM and ODM technologies to streamline business processes and automate decision-making. Job Description: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and developing BPM solutions using IBM BPM. Strong expertise in IBM ODM, including rule development and decision service implementation. Proficiency in Java and other relevant programming languages. Experience with integration technologies such as RESTful APIs and web services. Knowledge of database systems, SQL, and data modeling. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. IBM BPM and ODM certifications are a plus.
