Terraform and or Pulumi is must and New Relic experience is a must. Job Description: Devops, AWS experience, Terraform or Pulumi along with Splunk or Datadog, Docker or Kubernetes experience required. Infrastructure as Code experience must. Gather and analyze metrics from both operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding. Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health. Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures. Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications. Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts. Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions. Measure, monitor, and report of availability, latency, and overall system health based on SLAs. Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large, distributed software applications. Participating in blameless postmortems to identify resilience and reliability improvements. Triaging, routing, and resolution of issues and incidents identified by both internal and external stakeholders. Mandatory: 4+ years as an engineer in Infrastructure, Operations, DevOps, or Software Development experience. Must have knowledge in the New Relic APM platform (agent deployment, alert escalation, analytical dashboards, distributed traces, etc) Serve as organizational expert on the New Relic platform architecture ensuring best practices, techniques, and methods. Applicable higher education, or equivalent work experience. Cloud experience AWS. Ability to program with one or more languages, such as PowerShell, Python, Java, C#, Typescript. Keywords: csharp |
