Manager Notes: We are a looking for someone who with: ERP experience in Finance (AR or AP but GL or Financial Planning and Analysis will work) Oracle experience would be good but candidate must know the primary focus would be on a platform called Agility Understand the business aspects of Finance not just how to code the modules Self-starter who can take a leadership position on a project if asked Application Integrations experience (Event Mesh, MuleSoft, Batch) Can deal with ambiguity and work to create clarity Work across multiple initiatives at the same time Can communicate and work with business users and leaders Working with PMs proactively identify risks and mitigations Other technical platforms that may be in this persons area include Bill Trust GetPaid (FIS Solution) OneStream Avalara On Base General Job Description: The Solution Architect will report to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, collaborating with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Domain Architects, Security, Operations, and Infrastructure resources. This individual must exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience facilitating cross-team collaboration. Responsibilities: Provide Technical Ownership for the application portfolio and related applications, as needed Partners with and supports Product owners, Project managers, and related stakeholders in requirements, vendor management, and related activities Manages activities and creates deliverables related to solution ideation, architecture design, and solution implementation Engage in strategic and technical conversations related to product roadmap, platform capabilities, environment management, change control, change requests Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including upgrades, migrations, and end of life activities Support and complement the Enterprise Architecture practice; working closely to ensure artifacts are accurately updated and that deliverables are consistent with standards/practices Participate in RFI/RFP processes, including market research, competitive analysis, and recommendations Coordinate and communicate with Change Advisory Board Ensure continuous monitoring of risks and maintain a proactive Security posture Influences changes to standards and procedures related to maturing the platform and organization Consider and develop solutions aligning with expectations regarding high availability, security, and scalability Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of strong experience in solution architecture, installation, and configuration and 7+ years in IT Demonstrated cross-functional and cross-domain partnerships with stakeholders Experience with change management Experience designing and supporting 3rd party solutions Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies Knowledge of secure network architecture and application development methodologies (PCI DSS, etc) Knowledge of common application approaches and technologies (e.g. SOA, micro services, containers and message queuing) Comfortable with Agile and Waterfall processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding, documenting and describing complex technical subjects Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills Bachelors degree in CS or related degree/experience Keywords: information technology Arkansas |
