Job Description: Design and Implement Data Migration Services on AWS for Homogeneous and Heterogeneous Data Migrations from On-Premise/Cloud environments to AWS cloud Set up CloudWatch monitoring and alarms for Data Migration tasks. Migrate Data from On-Prem servers to AWS Hosted Databases. Data Migration using AWS DMS, AWS SCT, AWS Snowcone, Snowball, etc. Assist in the documentation of AWS designs, architectures, Data Migration runbooks, and playbooks. Technical Skills: 10+ years experience in IT Industry, 5+ years in AWS AWS Solution Architect certified / AWS Database Specialty certified Strong track record of Data Migration to AWS cloud for large enterprise scale databases. Experience in use of AWS Data services like DMS, SCT, RDS, Aurora, Redshift etc. Experience in migration of databases to AWS RDS Experience on migrating databases to EC2 hosted DBs for Oracle and DB2. Strong experience on databases Oracle and DB2. Advanced knowledge of the primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53 & S3).
