Your role will be pivotal in planning, executing, and delivering infrastructure projects that support our digital services. You will track and manage the overall program which will entail coordinating with local resources who will execute the sub-projects at their site. It will involve: coordinating and tracking purchases tracking financial aspects of the projects actual vs. budget creating and tracking overall program-level project plan creating and presenting required Gate presentations to allow projects to progress. In summary, this will be organizing, putting structure around, and complying with our clients processes for the 8000 things the Director of Digital Services and the technical team need to accomplish. The most important criteria are flexibility, attitude, and communication skills. Responsibilities: Project Planning: Define scope, create plans, and manage risks. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and resolve issues. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and control budgets, and allocate resources. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Infrastructure Implementation: Oversee infrastructure deployment and ensure compliance. Quality Assurance: Set and monitor quality standards, and conduct assessments. Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation. Post-Implementation Evaluation: Assess project success and gather feedback. Qualifications: 5+ years of infrastructure project management experience. Knowledge of digital services, cloud computing, and networking. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools. Ability to adapt to changing requirements.
