Position: Webex AV Collaboration Engineer (Onsite) Location: Onsite, Alpharetta, GA Duration: 6+ Months VISA- NO H1B Job Description: The enterprise Webex AV Collab Engineer will play a central role in Supporting AV Collaboration strategy. The ideal candidate will provide Webex best practices as well as hands on experience with support, implementation, and management of Webex, Zoom and Microsoft Teams enterprise solutions in a global corporate environment. The candidate should also have a strong background in the following: AV Collab End-User Troubleshooting and Support AV Collab Management Portals (i.e. Control Hub, Site Admin, Zoom Admin, MS Teams Admin, etc.) Webex, Zoom and MS Teams Administration Azure AD / SCIM Sync Services Webex Device Management Webinar and Townhall Support Webex VDI Support Webex Integration Support AV Collab Licensing Management (Webex, Zoom, MS Teams) The candidate should have 5+ years of experience with AV Collaboration in the analysis, support, implementation, hands-on delivery of AV Collab-based applications. In addition, the Webex AV Collab Engineer should have recent experience in the following: Managing AV Cloud and On-Premises enterprise technologies in a large-scale, global environment 3+ years of Webex support experience in engineering technical solutions for AV Collab solutions based on industry standards using Webex, Zoom and MS Teams 3+ years of experience with administering and configuring Webex via Control Hub. Experience with multiple Identity Providers in a Webex Environment a plus Experience and Skills: Has experience in leading implementations and supporting AV Collaboration Cloud solutions (Webex, Zoom, MS Teams). Translates requirements from architectural design and leads and/or assists the deployment of key infrastructure components and maintains all facets of AV Collaboration Services and their tenants. Analyzes business partner and internal customer needs, documents requirements, and designs technical solutions. Manage large executive level Webex Webinars including coordinating with speakers, moderators, and event owners, managing rehearsals, hosting, and facilitating Webinars. Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Has Business analysis and business process understanding. Writes and maintains clear, concise documentation; runbooks; and operational standards, including infrastructure diagrams. Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate with all levels of business both verbally and in writing. Leads technical meetings, discussions, and training. Ability to lead complete troubleshooting and support initiatives. Ability to work closely with a team to Lead and guide projects to success. Support deployment of ongoing cloud registered Webex devices Manage AV Collab Policies (i.e. Messaging Policies, Teams Policies, Meeting Policies, Calling Policies) Be responsible for the operations and support of our collaboration environment primarily focusing on WebEx, Zoom and MS Teams. Collaborate with operations and support teams to provide direction/support, streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall user experience. Participates in configuring, communicating, and testing of applications and services based on AV Collaboration technologies. Work with globally distributed technical teams and leaders to provide audio visual operational support for multiple collaboration tool platforms (Zoom, Teams, and WebEx) Work with all facilities managers and their teams on installation, implementation and maintenance of audio-visual equipment within multiple locations in a various regions Ability to fully plan and execute an end-to-end implementation of a project. Ability to work independently with users and executives to expand the use of AV Collab Services to address business needs and issues. Can help others in the organization with AV Collab knowledge at a level of understanding appropriate to their job function. Assists with maintenance of AV Collab environments. Participates in, leads, and mentors others to translate business requirements into technical designs. Helps drive the AV Collaboration adoption and technical efforts for the company. Participates in AV Collaboration technical roadmap projects (technical evolution, "security roadmap, etc.) Must be available for after hours and/or weekend or holiday support (unscheduled support), as business needs arise. Technical Experience and Skills: Must possess an in depth understanding and hands-on experience managing AV Collaboration applications and services (Webex, Zoom, MS Teams) Knowledge of cloud system engineering principles and considerations Knowledge of architectural design, API integration and solution packaging, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying, and supporting enterprise AV Collaboration implementations. In depth experience with Collaboration, Portals, Audio Visual Devices, Townhalls, Webinars, Meetings and Chat messaging. Must have experience with cloud-scale services and infrastructure components. Experience with Authentication and Access solutions related to AV Collaboration and Azure services. Experience evaluating existing infrastructure and applications running within Webex and Azure to ensure proper automation of operations and optimization are in place. Work closely with Application, Network and Security teams to ensure requirements are reflected appropriately in the Azure-architected design patterns. Webex experience must include client service management, control hub management, licensing management, townhall support, and domain support. Experience with disaster recovery, monitoring and performance tuning. Knowledge of networking topologies and engineering, including DNS, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), firewalls, load balancers, and gateway devices Experience working with regulated environments (PCI, HIPAA, etc.) Be able to write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any task. Strong knowledge and expertise with migrations from various AV Collaboration Services to another Experience in the administration and governance of AV Collaboration Cloud Services Must have the ability to stay current of all things AV Collaboration, including changes and updates, roadmap and releases and third-party solutions. Monitor endpoint security logs and initiate appropriate level of response mitigation. Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes. Creates Change Orders and attends Change Order Approval Meetings as necessary. Experience with Scrum environment a plus Manage service requests, issues, and solutions using service ticketing software. Keep all tickets and projects updated and track time in a detailed format. Implement and Maintain security, backup, capacity, redundancy, fail-over and disaster recovery strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents / problems as required. Assist with packaging and deployment of software releases as required. Assist with application and OS patching as required. Experience with Windows and IOS Operating Systems a plus.
